Drawing- 12th December

Hands was the subject of todays session. we started off with 30 second quick drawings, these weren't my best drawings. we then did one line drawings and had to draw circles where the knuckles were.

Next we did two rotation of a single hand pose, this is where my hand drawing began to improve

after the break we did a rotation of two hands interlocking, this is where things got confusing. for the last drawing (the hand shaped like a bull horn) we had to pose our own non drawing hand over the person next to us and we had to draw the hand that was above us, the stitch looking (pic 1 middle bottom) line is a hand I decided to start again on.

Drawing- 5th December

Todays session had the model standing high on top of a table whilst we looked up at him from our chairs, This was so that we could draw some high angle poses.

wasn't able to finish this on time

this one too

Decided to simplify the grid by only taking a few measurements

Whilst we had the model high up, we took this as an opportunity to draw feet from different angles.
