Hand Drawn Animation

This weeks animation practise was all about Hand drawn animation, all frames drawn by hand and then scanned and put together on film or computer, one of the most famous examples of these would be the Mickey Mouse original Steam Boat Willy. To do this we used light boxes to see what was on the frame beneath the top paper and started off by making the key frames then just simply filled in the gaps. For the weeks task in animation practise, this animation is of a person catching a ball and throwing it elsewhere.
